Anchor Danly Ithaca is a large tool & die shop specializing in custom die sets and large steel plate fabrication. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Maintenance Mechanical Technician

• 5+ years CNC maintenance experience on large machines
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Mazatrol controls
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Experience with servo systems, spindles, and PLCs
• Understanding of machining tolerances
• Millwright or electromechanical certification preferred

Certified Welders — from $20.27/h r

• Prior MIG welding experience required (3 years preferred)
• Excellent blueprint reading skills
• CWB tickets and weld symbol knowledge an asset
• Overhead crane and rigging experience required
• Saw and hand torch experience required
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes required
• Must be willing to work any shift and overtime

CNC Machinists — Midnight Shift — from $22.79/hr

• Prior CNC machining experience required (1 year preferred)
• Familiar with writing and reading macros
• Excellent blueprint reading skills
• Overhead crane experience required
• Basic computer skills required

All positions:

Candidates must have large steel manufacturing experience, not production/assembly experience — hands-on background with large steel plates and heavy tool & die equipment is required. All candidates must be willing to work any shift, work required overtime, pass a criminal background check, and complete a 60-day probationary period.
