In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will play an important part in supporting daily operations while bringing Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every interaction.

Pay Rate: $26.27 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior, equipment concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, maintaining post records, and assisting with directions, visitor questions, and other customer service needs as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
