Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with Customers: Greet customers, assess their needs, and help them find the perfect pre-owned vehicle.
2. Product Knowledge: Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand the value and advantages of each pre-owned model.
3. Test Drives & Consultations: Conduct test drives and guide customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle based on their preferences.
4. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
5. Paperwork & Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation for vehicle transactions.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new vehicle models, promotions, and sales techniques through training and ongoing professional development.
8. Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

1. Sales Experience: Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-focused sales role is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.
• Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
• Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
• Frequent – Repetitive motion.
• Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20 lbs.

Physical Working Conditions

• This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
