You'll be responsible for creating a delightful and frictionless onboarding experience that empowers new customers to understand our products' value, get set up with Airwallex, whilst balancing with KYC & KYB initiatives to minimise risk of fraudulent users and bad actors on the platform. This role is based in SydneyResponsibilities:Own the strategy for customer onboarding, mapping the ideal journey from discovery, to sign-up to product adoptionUtilize data and analytics to identify pain points, measure success, and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding flowDesign and implement A/B tests to improve the UX/UI and optimise the onboarding journeyStrike the right balance between a frictionless onboarding process and robust KYC & KYB controls to mitigate risk to Airwallex and our customersWho you areWe're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
