Hiring 1st Shift Assemblers in Carlsbad

The Assembler is responsible for executing a broad range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring the production of high-quality products within established routing times.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to blueprints
- Conduct product inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Perform audits at the workstation for tools
- Document quality issues and improvement opportunities
- Process cards to ensure transactional accuracy
- Ensure correct quantities of items are assembled and labeled
- Use hand and power tools
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of assembly experience or manufacturing production experience.
- Ability to read basic work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar environment as an assembler
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
