Job Duties

• Manually process customer purchase orders and accurately update information in SAP
• Enter data and maintain customer portals
• Organize, file, and maintain shipping documents
• Respond professionally to customer requests by telephone and email
• Provide customers with requested shipping and order documentation
• Verify information for accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies
• Assist the customer service team with general administrative tasks
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records
• Communicate with internal departments to support timely order processing

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Previous customer service, administrative, order-entry, or clerical experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• SAP experience is preferred but not required
• Strong data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple responsibilities
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Some college coursework is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Service Representative.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
