Operations Research Analyst

Operations Research Analyst: responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and overseeing existing operational models, analytical methods, optimization frameworks. Apply operations research techniques, including mathematical, analytical methods, to improve system efficiency.The areas of improvement and optimization: operational efficiency, system performance and scalability, system reliability, security, resource utilization. Will participate in system performance, monitoring, capacity planning, vertical and horizontal scalability of the existing system. The Operations Research will work on the design and maintenance of a proof-of-concept (PoC) and mock tests. Responsible for a step- by-step operational plan to migrate the components and functionality of the existing business solution to the cloud. Required: The experience with providing a comparative technological analysis of the existing cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Deep knowledge of: MathWorks MATLAB, ARIS, ER/Studio, Alteryx, Scilab Minitab; Proficient with UML Data Modelling, BPMN modeling, CASE tools; Experience with R, Python, SAS, Dynatrace/AppDynamics, PowerShell, Bash, Terraform.Knowledge of HP (ProLiant series, HPE Alletra), Cisco (PIX, Nexus series), Windows (Server series) and Linux (RHEL, SLES). Must have a Master of Science or U.S. equivalent in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Must have two years of experience as an Operations Research Analyst.
