Cortez - Process Electrical & Instrumentation Planner

The successful candidate will manage, coach, lead and mentor a maintenance team. We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!Responsibilities:Develop and utilize SJPs (Standard Job Plans) for routine maintenance activities per corporate standardsDevelop and Manage budgets and forecastsMonth end accruals, reclasses, and report on month end cost performanceBuild and coordinate one-time job plans, where maintenance work needs to be completed due to operational changes, statutory requirement changes or equipment improvements.Support the sophisticated maintenance strategy development program by implementing analyses in the Ivara work management tool. Continually review, seek feedback, and optimize resources, parts, tooling, task list, safety information, risk assessment and staging approach related to SJPsEnsure that routine maintenance SJPs, safety information, drawings and PM activities are uploaded and maintained in SAPReview and approve invoices for paymentLiaise with supply chain to expedite parts and contactor labor. Successful candidate must be able to interface with other operations and maintenance personnel to schedule plant shutdownsCommunicate with maintenance supervisors to plan, estimate, and identify the proper labor, services and skills.
