Physicians govern clinical operations and patient care policies. MedCBO provides administrative, financial, and technology infrastructure. Physician Responsibilities Provide cardiac care within the physician’s specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate payer credentialing and contract compliance Determine clinical services offered Manage clinical quality and patient experience Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure, reporting, and practice financial monitoring Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform implementation and EHR support Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine or related specialty Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Community‑based care interest Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is derived solely from the physician‑owned practice.
