The Facilities Maintenance Tech II ensures that CommQuest facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant to support uninterrupted client care and staff operations. This role performs intermediate-level maintenance, preventative services, and facility improvements while coordinating repairs and responding to urgent needs. Must have availability to accommodate additional evening or weekend hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor or emergency situations.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED, required.Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, building trades, or related technical work.Demonstrated experience performing basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC preventative maintenance, and general repair work.Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.Availability for rotating on-call shifts, some evenings and weekends requiredPreferred:Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related skilled trade.Experience supporting regulatory compliance in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services environments.Experience coordinating vendors or contractors.Full-Time Benefits:Generous time off, including Mental Health days10 paid holidays annuallyRetirement plan with company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision plansCEU/Licensure reimbursement and more!We are an equal opportunity employer.
