\n We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Lab Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general laboratory operations, including blood bank experience. This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across laboratory processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage quality assurance activities in the laboratory.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
\n - \n
Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
\n - \n
Collaborate with laboratory staff to implement best practices.
\n - \n
Support training and development programs for laboratory personnel.
\n
Qualifications:

Proven experience in general laboratory operations, including blood bank procedures.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes in a medical lab setting.
\n - \n
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
\n - \n
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Certification in laboratory quality or relevant medical lab certification is a plus.
