Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in an educational or child-centered role is highly desirable
• Familiarity with classroom routines, child supervision, or special education support
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, teachers, and staff
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced school environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Able to pass any required background checks

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instruction, classroom management, and organizing learning materials
• Work directly with students, providing one-on-one or small group support as needed
• Encourage student engagement, active participation, and positive behavior
• Help implement lesson plans and accommodate individual learning styles
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, or transitions
• Support students with special needs under the guidance of certified staff
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities as required
