Customer Service Associate I

Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and unload trucks, replenishing stock in accordance with productivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and keeping all areas neat and presentable Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required Strong organizational and communication skills required Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required Benefits Medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Retirement plans Educational assistance Additional perks and programs supporting health, wealth, and mental well‑being We are an equal opportunity employer committed to recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds.
