As an Account Representative for Karen Davis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing products and services to help meet those needs. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications include experience in sales, experience in managing customer relationships, interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, communication skills - written, verbal, and listening, dedication to customer service, ability to anticipate customer needs, and ability to effectively relate to customers.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
