Raytheon Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) is seeking a Flight Test Project Lead to join our Flight Test Operations (FTO) Team in support of the Next Gen Testbed, a highly modified Boeing 737‑800 used to develop advanced mission capabilities. In this role, you will lead developmental flight test projects from startup through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with program cost, schedule, and performance objectives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop requirements, support test design efforts, and oversee aircraft modification activities that enable safe and successful mission execution.You will also support proposal development and resource planning while contributing to milestone reviews and execution planning for rapid development programs. In addition to Next Gen Testbed responsibilities, Flight Test Project Leads support other FTO platforms including our Experimental B727 Raytheon Multi‑program Testbed.
