Service Manager
Casey CDJR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Springfield, VT. This role is critical in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and efficient management of our service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for automotive service excellence, and the ability to foster a positive environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Manage and develop service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing and resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with parts and sales departments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service metrics and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive service processes and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid drivers license.
