Restaurant Manager – Hondos Steakhouse

Hondos, an upscale steakhouse known for premium cuts, an award-worthy wine list, and impeccable service, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations, ensuring every guest receives a polished, memorable dining experience
Hire, train, and mentor servers, hosts, and bartenders to uphold Hondos' standards of excellence
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory alongside the culinary team
Handle guest relations with grace, turning any hiccup into a five-star recovery
Collaborate with ownership on events, private dining, and seasonal menu rollouts
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

What We're Looking For

1+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
A genuine passion for great food, wine, and guest service
Strong leadership skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure during a packed Saturday rush
Sharp eye for detail — from table settings to steak temperatures
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
