Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Practical experience in educational, counseling, or clinical settings preferred
• Strong skills in psychological assessment and report writing
• Ability to develop and implement effective interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Compassion, empathy, and cultural responsiveness when working with students and families

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results for eligibility and programming decisions
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing recommendations for student supports
• Delivering direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Consulting with teachers and parents on strategies for student success
• Supporting data-driven decision making and progress monitoring
• Promoting positive school climates and social-emotional learning initiatives
