Senior TIBCO Developer

Salary: $200,000 - 200,000 per year

Requirements:

We need five years of recent experience developing TIBCO integration solutions, including building, testing, and deploying batch and real-time interfaces and services in TIBCO BW 5.x or 6.x. We require a background in service-oriented architecture and REST services. We are looking for hands-on experience with XML and JSON. We need development experience in Java or .NET. We require experience working with Oracle or other relational databases. Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and work to demanding deadlines is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills are important. We value the ability to work independently and collaborate with different IT teams. Experience in multi-tier environments is an asset. Familiarity with Team Foundation Server or Git is desirable. Experience with HP Quality Centre testing tools is a plus. Exposure to C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, and JavaScript is preferred. Responsibilities:

We design, build, and support integration solutions using TIBCO BW, EMS, and related tools. We lead delivery from analysis and design through development, testing, and deployment of integration services. We partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather needs and turn them into scalable integration solutions. We troubleshoot, monitor, and fix issues across TIBCO platforms to maintain performance and availability. We communicate progress clearly with cross-functional teams and provide regular status updates. We manage assigned projects independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
