**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 2 years of previous cardiac stepdown experience - 24 months of current Stepdown / Progressive Care experience - EPIC experience - Active Illinois nursing license at the time of submission - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS certification - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS certification - Driver's License **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional Reference/Reference Check from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO with a performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date
