Job Description:

• Up to $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus
• Up to $3,000.00 Relocation Bonus
• Schedule: Clinic hours Monday -Friday 40 hours per week
• Location: Floating between Sport Medicine and Rehab clinics -SMR 2519 S. Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32806, 25 South Terry Avenue, Suite 210, Orlando, FL 32805, 8000 Red Bug Lake Road, #140, Oviedo, FL 32765, 351 N. Orlando Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789 and 711 E. Altamonte Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701
• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.

Education:

Doctorate [Preferred]

Field of Study:

in Physical Therapy

Work Experience:

Experience treating Ortho and Sport patients [Preferred]

Education requirements for this position are determined by the licensing or certification standards set forth by the relevant certifying body. Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.

Licenses and Certifications:

Basic Life Support CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Physical Therapist (PT) [Required] OR

Physical Therapist Temporary (PT-TEMP) [Required]

Pay Range:

$31.55 $122,055.21
