Integrated Mental Health & Substance Use Therapist

Preventive Measures in Decatur, GA is seeking a Clinical Therapist contractor to deliver integrated mental health and substance abuse services to adults and youth. You will assess, diagnose, and treat conditions using evidence-based therapies to tailor treatment plans and support recovery.

The role requires two years of clinical therapy experience, licensure, strong documentation in electronic health records, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
