In this stationary role, you will help to deter incidents through visibility, clear communication, and attentive service while reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, reliability, and innovation. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur07:00 AM - 03:30 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a front desk location. Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, greet visitors, verify credentials, and direct guests, employees, and/or vendors in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and other required documentation related to access control, deliveries, and/or incident activity. Support a professional lobby presence at a dynamic media and technology-focused location while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions through attentive observation and customer service. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
