The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate Associate Veterinarian to join our established team. This is a unique opportunity to practice high-caliber medicine in a supportive environment that truly values work-life balance. With a four-day work week and no weekend hours , you will have the time to provide exceptional care to your patients while maintaining your own well-being. Key Responsibilities
• Perform wellness examinations, diagnostic workups, and treatments for a diverse patient base.
• Execute general surgeries and dental procedures with a high standard of care.
• Educate clients on preventative care, nutrition, and chronic condition management.
• Collaborate with a skilled support staff to ensure efficient and compassionate patient flow.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with pet owners. Qualifications
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Ohio.
• Strong communication skills and a "client-first" mentality.
• A commitment to the AAHA standards of excellence. Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $100,000 per year.
• Production Bonus: 20% commission on all production exceeding $500,000.
