Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:30 23:00) evenings

Hours/Week: 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Contract

Licenses/Certs: BLS required

Experience: 5+ years total CST experience; 2+ years cardiac & vascular; 1+ year CVOR experience; 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility

Pay Rate: $62.47/hour

What You'll Do

• Scrub for CVOR procedures including CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, and valve replacements
• Assist with cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries in a busy Level I Trauma setting
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures
• Document procedures using Epic charting system
• Prepare and reprocess cardiovascular/thoracic instruments
• Work as part of a team in both scrub and circulate roles, including crash cart management
• Support surgical team in emergency and routine cardiac cases

What You Need

• Required:
• Cardiac & vascular CST experience (2+ years)
• CVOR surgical experience (1+ year)
• 5+ years total CST experience
• BLS certification
• Experience with thoracic, vascular, and CVOR procedures
• Preferred:
• Experience in a Level I Trauma facility
• Instrument reprocessing knowledge
