In this job, you’ll support the Asset Management Project Management Office by maintaining portfolio and governance processes, and developing and maintaining the tools, documentation, and workflows that drive effective project execution. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?ResponsibilitiesProvides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review.Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits.Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered which can form the basis for decision making on organization priorities and needs.Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit. Develops and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis.Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs.A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.Minimum QualificationsFive or more years of experience in business operations analysis.Preferred QualificationsCertification in Six Sigma, Kaizen, Yellow Belt, or a related continuous improvement methodology.Experience analyzing business challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to implement practical, sustainable solutions.Experience independently translating needs and business pain points into effective work products.Experience developing, maintaining, and improving business processes, workflows, tools, and documentation.Experience managing records, documentation, or portfolio information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for leadership review, audits, or governance activities.Additional InformationThis position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
