Financial Case Advisor - Active Series 7 License

Job Title

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of brokerage client support experience
• Client interaction experience, as Case Advisors will communicate directly with clients regarding complaints
• Strong organizational and technical skills are required.
• Case Advisors manage inventory using a Microsoft Excel tracker. Having the candidate provide information about how they've managed inventory and/or remained organized is helpful.
• Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems at a time
• STAR format interview answers, with specific scenario examples
• Ensure candidate is clearly visible on interview video
• Training will last 5 weeks and will be conducted fully in-office.
• Following training, contractors will transition to a hybrid schedule consisting of one week in-office and one week working from home. Contractors must work from their registered home address only.
• Series 7 license must be active and not within six months of expiration at the start date
• U5 disclosures are not preferred but can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
