Payrate: $25.00 - $26.00/hr.


Position's Contributions to Work Group:

• Purchase and establishing tooling, equipment, tools, parts, supplies or services necessary for the operation of an establishment. Responsible for buying goods and services for use by their company or organization. This role is responsible and accountable for the analysis and maintenance of purchasing and quality data including but not limited to; purchase orders, quotations, invoices, source catalogs, material rejection disposal reports, tooling records, supplier data and measurements. This role has responsibility for implementation of local or regional sourcing strategy, under the direction of their manager and experienced Procurement specialists. Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors. Purchase the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price and at the correct amounts. Prepare purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services. Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods.

Typical task breakdown:

• Take directions from category buyers, issue RFQ's to suppliers, analyze TCO.
• Present the analysis to Leadership.
• Work with engineering for technical reviews

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 2-4 years related experience required.
• Degree requirement: bachelor's degree in finance, engineering or a related business field required.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $26.00 /hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
