We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Agent in Training to join our district. This role involves building new client relationships, offering customized insurance solutions, and driving sales across a variety of product lines. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-driven, and eager to build a meaningful career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Generate new business by leveraging networking opportunities, referrals, online leads, and involvement within the local community
Conduct needs-based consultations to understand client priorities and recommend customized insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products
Grow and manage your client portfolio through proactive follow-up, cross-selling strategies, and strong relationship development
Meet or surpass monthly production targets and profitability expectations
Provide an exceptional client experience that fosters trust, loyalty, and long-term retention
Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Track record of success in sales, whether in insurance, financial services, real estate, or other performance-driven industries
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Proven talent for building relationships and closing deals in a consultative sales setting
Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for independence and financial advancement
Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (agency provides training and covers fees)
Bachelors degree preferred; minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License required
