We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to serve as Medical Director for an established Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) in Columbia, South Carolina . This is a dynamic opportunity to lead a rehab program in a collaborative, patient-centered setting with strong administrative support.

Position Highlights:

Medical Director role at a well-established Inpatient Rehab Facility
Monday - Friday schedule (no required weekends or night call)
Approximately 20% administrative time within scope of medical leadership
High Medical Director stipend
Strong interdisciplinary rehab team and operational support

Ideal Candidate:

BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Proven or aspiring leader with a passion for inpatient rehab and team-based care
Committed to delivering high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements
