Data Analyst

Data AnalystSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Data Analyst for a right to hire assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL and Irving, TX.Required SkillsBachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience5-8 years' experience in business and data analysis, process improvement, and project management.Experience in writing complex SQL queries, analytical and aggregate functions on viewsHands-on experience in handling data assets, identifying critical data elements, data mapping, data models & data aggregation.Experience in Data Engineering concepts: Mandated proficiency in one of the data concepts is required. ETL ingestion, Data Visualization, storage, querying, processing analysis & Data Quality governance.Technical expertise in all phases of SDLC, Infrastructure analyzing framework, various Relational Databases, NoSQL Databases, PySpark Scripting technologies is expected.Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive techniques to map data & create data visualizationsHands-on Experience in writing complex SQL queries, analytical and aggregate functions on viewsPreferable experience with tools such as Tableau, PySpark, Airflow, Git, JIRA and Confluence.Experience in Data Modelling, ETL technologies, Data pipeline.Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Preferred SkillsAI and machine learning experience preferred.Experience in Manual, UAT, Functional and Regression testing is preferred.SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
