In this role, you will partner with clients and our accounting team to translate complex accounting and operational needs into practical configurations, integrations, workflows, controls, reporting structures, and training across platforms including Restaurant365 (R365), QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage Intacct, and other industry-specific tools. You will serve as a trusted technology resource across the practice — driving implementation quality, enabling team capability, and building a repeatable, scalable delivery model. This is a high-impact opportunity for a systems-minded professional who brings both accounting fluency and a practical approach to helping people get the most from their technology.What You'll Gain/ ImpactClients will have platform environments that support reliable accounting, disciplined operations, strong controls, and sustainable growthOur accounting team will have the tools, training, documentation, and responsive support needed to serve clients efficiently across multiple platformsImplementations will move forward with clear ownership, clean master data, disciplined testing, timely decisions, and fewer surprisesYour improvements will reduce manual work, strengthen operating data, and build a repeatable, high-value delivery capability across the practiceKey ResponsibilitiesPlatform Implementation & Re-ImplementationLead implementations and re-implementations across restaurant, franchise, and hospitality platforms — including R365, QBO, Sage Intacct, and other industry-specific tools — from discovery and design through configuration, testing, cutover, and stabilizationPartner with clients and our accounting team to translate accounting and operational needs into practical plans, system designs, and success criteriaConfigure and validate entities, locations, calendars, chart of accounts, reporting, user roles, approvals, banking, daily sales, AP, payroll, and inventory workflowsGuide data readiness, testing, decisions, and go-live activities while helping the accounting team resolve issues that affect service delivery, close, and reportingClient Accounting & Financial ReportingOwn accounting and financial reporting for assigned clients, including agreed-upon deliverables, deadlines, responsibilities, and scope.Lead month-end and year-end close, using technology and automation where appropriate to improve consistency, identify exceptions, and accelerate routine work.Prepare and review complete, accurate, and well-supported workpapers that clearly document account activity, reconciliations, conclusions, and the audit trail supporting financial reporting.Restaurant Operations ConfigurationBuild and govern inventory items, categories, locations, count practices, costing methods, and location availabilityReview and map vendor items; configure units of measure, pack sizes, conversions, and yields to support accurate purchasing, invoicing, and inventory valuationBuild recipes, sub-recipes, menu items, and theoretical costs; map POS and PMIX data to recipes and resolve exceptions affecting usage and margin reportingConfigure labor scheduling, job codes, forecasting inputs, and targets;
