Position Overview IDOC is looking to hire an Office Associate to serve as secretary to the Health Care Unit Administrator. In addition, this position will keyboard a variety of complex documents, serve as receptionist and compile and gather statistics and information for Health Care Unit Monthly report. Essential Functions Serves as secretary to the Health Care Unit Administrator. Keyboards complex charts, statistical reports, documents, forms, and memos including medical and psychological terminology. Serves as Health Care unit Receptionist. Compiles and gathers statistics and information for Health Care Unit Monthly report. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and two (2) years of office experience. Requires ability to keyboard accurately at 45 wpm.
