Job Overview Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – an entry level advisor role focused on client relationship and financial solutions within Bank of America. The role begins with training and licensing in Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 and progresses toward independent client management and broader financial solutions. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration, and candidates will be required to register and maintain their SAFE Act status. Responsibilities Obtain and maintain Securities Industry licenses: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days of hire. Complete structured training programs and one‑on‑one coaching from Academy managers. Build, manage, and grow relationships with banking customers, small‑business owners, and higher‑net‑worth clients. Apply a consultative approach to identify client needs, recommend financial solutions, and deliver comprehensive advice. Provide end‑to‑end client reviews and presentations with confidence. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Qualifications Ability to obtain required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Effective communication and collaboration, with a results‑driven mindset. Capacity to execute multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Adaptability to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Current FINRA SIE license. Bachelor’s degree or one year of financial services or sales experience. Spanish (or other bilingual) skills. Experience in branding, pipeline management, portfolio management, and referral identification. Executive presence and strong oral communication skills. Schedule and Compensation Weekly Schedule: Monday‑Friday, rotating Saturdays required. Shift: 1st shift (U.S.). Hours per week: 40. Salary: $28.85 – $33.65 hourly (based on experience, education, and skill set). Pay is base salary only; no incentive.
