Employee Benefits Producer - Restaurants

Looking to take your career to the next level with an international insurance based in Northern Virginia? This employee benefits producer candidate will be responsible for developing new relationships with commercial customers in the WDC/NOVA metro restaurant community - driving new revenues for the firm.

This opportunity offers:

Opportunity to make MONEY and generate wealth; commissions are not capped
Put your contacts and circles of influence in the restaurant business to work.
Put your contacts in the Point of Sale retail community to work for you.
Junior OR Senior Producers welcome.
Work Remotely
Put your 'Circles of Influence' to work in the retail restaurant community.
Significant cross selling opportunities with commercial lines and personal lines divisions
Work for the "Google of Insurance"
Young and Energetic Corporate Culture
Jump on the train - this firm has doubled in size in past three years to 39 employees

Background Required :

Demonstrated success as a sales executive is a plus
A background with a major payroll services provider such as Paychex, ADP, etc. with relationships in the restaurant community would be perfect.
A background in commercial insurance is a plus but this client will train and mentor.
A direct sales background AND closer
Must be able to network in the restaurant community, attend conferences/tradeshows and develop long term relationships with the local business community.
Must be a consultative seller and NOT a transactional seller
Excellent relationship-builder and team player

Background Preferred:

Specific experience with regional restaurant associations or establishments
Some direct and outside sales experience

Other essential abilities and skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bright, intelligent, direct communication style...polished
Must be passionate about building a business from the ground up

Compensation Structure:

Base: A Base Salary + Bonus/Commissions.
Bonus: Possible accelerators
Excellent benefits -Standard Package
