What You Will Do in the Role Keep the kitchen running efficiently by washing dishes, organizing equipment, and ensuring all prep items are ready for use. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen by following sanitation procedures and supporting food prep teams. Work seamlessly with fellow playmakers to ensure kitchen and back‑of‑house operations are smooth and efficient. Stick to strict food safety and sanitation procedures to create a safe and fresh environment for players and playmakers alike. Follow all health and safety guidelines while identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lb. Stand for most of the day and participate in constant physical activities. Maintain endurance and a can‑do attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
