Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion Register new patients and accurately collect demographic, insurance, and financial information Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic scheduling systems Answer multi-line phones and respond promptly to patient inquiries Collect copayments, balances, and process patient payments according to office procedures Communicate effectively with therapists regarding scheduling needs and patient concerns Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of one year of medical front office, medical receptionist, or healthcare administrative experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Strong computer and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care Flexible schedule to meet clinic needs Additional Information The ideal candidate is someone who: Loves interacting with people and creating positive first impressions Takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Maintains professionalism under pressure Is organized, proactive, and solutions-focused Understands that exceptional patient care begins at the front desk If you're looking for a career where your work truly makes a difference in people's lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.
