Compliance Document SpecialistPYA is seeking a Compliance Document Specialist to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation.ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced-level production support to the PYA Revenue & Compliance Advisory Program within PYA's Consulting Department, including:Advanced-level skills in the Microsoft Office suite with a focus on utilizing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, revise, and/or finalize documents as requested by multiple team membersDocuments include large and complex reports and spreadsheets, and detailed review of composition and grammar are requiredManipulate large volumes of data in Excel by utilizing high functioning formulasProficiency with copy-editing and formatting, specifically related to ensuring dedication to the Firm brand and style guideAssist with quality assurance tracking and follow-up to ensure deadlines and metrics are metSupport staff, managers, and executives as needed to meet internal and external client needsServe as client contact (i.e., communication to clients regarding ShareFile access)Assist with ad hoc projects and related assignmentsRequirements3+ years of administrative, paralegal, or paraprofessional experience with a firm or corporation preferredAdvanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, with an emphasis in Word and ExcelSalesforce experience preferredDetail-oriented work ethic with a demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the firm — both internally and externallyExcels at working independently and within a professional team environmentAbout PYAPYA, a leading independent professional services firm, serves clients across the United States with expertise in consulting, accounting, audit, tax, compliance, and business strategy.
