EEG Technician - WCMC Electroencephalography - Full Time - 10 Hour - Days

Job Description Performance of inpatient electroencephalograms (EEG), electronic processing of EEGs in Epic. Ability to secure electrodes, monitor patient’s status, identify and correct issues during the recording process. Education Completion of EEG Technician Program - Required or Equivalent Training or Experience considered in lieu of Education Requirements Certifications/Licenses BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required R.EEG T. Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist - ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing and Accreditation or EEGT Electroencephalographic – American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists or Equivalent Preferred within 2 years of hire Skills Strong written and verbal communication skill - Required. Ability to accurately perform and process Electroencephalograms - Required CLTM - certified long term monitoring - Preferred Work Shift 10.0 - 08:00 - 18:30 No Waive (United States of America) Pay Range $46.23 - $62.43 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
