Packaging Lead

Packaging Lead Lead a team. Drive results. Grow your career. We're seeking an experienced Packaging Lead to oversee daily packaging operations in a clean, GMP-compliant manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading a team of Packaging Associates, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met. Shift Options 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Responsibilities Lead and support Packaging Associates during daily operations. Assign work and monitor productivity to meet production goals. Train employees on packaging procedures, safety practices, and GMP requirements. Verify labels, materials, lot numbers, and product specifications. Perform line clearances, startup checks, and quality inspections. Complete production documentation accurately and on time. Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues. Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Support employee development and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production teams. Qualifications Previous experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Line Lead, or Supervisor in manufacturing or packaging. Packaging, production, assembly, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or GMP experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Experience with production documentation and quality procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
