Position Summary As a Manger Digital UX Design / Senior UX Designer, you will shape healthcare and pharmacy experiences for colleagues, clients, and members through modern, lean, and agile UX practices. You will lead design strategy and execution within cross‑functional product teams, guide work from discovery through delivery, and champion user‑centered design across business, data, and technology partners. This role requires expertise in user‑centered design, user research, AI‑enabled design practices, and strong business acumen. You will use AI tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping, content generation, and workflow efficiency while applying sound judgment, design rigor, and responsible use standards. You will align design decisions to business goals and deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings empathy, curiosity, creative problem‑solving, strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Core Responsibilities Translate user needs and business goals into experiences that deliver measurable business value Lead end‑to‑end design across the product lifecycle, including research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability evaluation Partner with product, engineering, business, and data teams to shape solutions and drive delivery Apply a lean, iterative, and agile approach grounded in collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning Use AI‑enabled design tools and methods to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across the design process Hybrid Work Policy This is a hybrid position that may require you to come into the office as needed. Required Qualifications 5+ years related professional experience in UX design 2+ years’ experience in at least two core design disciplines: user research, interaction design or visual design 1+ year’s experience working effectively within Agile and lean environments 1+ year’s experience designing business or enterprise applications while partnering independently with clients or stakeholders 1+ year’s experience executing user‑centered design methodologies by leading product design decisions from research through implementation 1+ year’s experience working in design and prototyping software tools such as Figma, Miro 1+ year of experience with modern front‑end technologies and frameworks (e.g. Material Design, HTML/CSS, grid systems, React, Angular) Experience using AI tools and methods to support discovery, ideation, prototyping, content creation, and design workflow efficiency Demonstrated business acumen and ability to align design decisions to business goals and deliver measurable business value Individual contributor role Preferred Qualifications Experience with UX design advocacy within large business and technology organizations Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills Ability to rapidly prototype Willingness to present on design topics internally Knowledge of the pharmacy and healthcare industries Knowledge of cloud‑based technology platforms Education Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range $83,430.00 – $166,860.00 (base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
