Open role at our Orlando - Southpark location:

Full-time General Manager

• Salary $60,000-$65,000 per year. Lead the overall success of the hotel while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and managing the customer experience. This role includes achieving positive associate satisfaction, meeting financial goals, and upholding property reputation while maintaining brand standards. You'll provide leadership to property associates, manage daily operations including Guest Ready room inspections, recruiting and training, budget management, and lead generation. Minimum three years hospitality management experience required with customer experience background and valid driver's license.
