Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent. CDL license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds. Ability to work outside in varying weather/driving conditions. Excellent customer service skills. The desire to succeed in a team environment. Hazmat endorsement is preferred but can be gained during training. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay PLUS commission on all deliveries. 401(k) matching up to 5%. Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after 30 days. Company paid uniforms and DOT physicals. Company paid life insurance. Employee Assistance Program. Seven paid company holidays, including your birthday. Short‑term, long‑term, and cancer coverage insurance.
