Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home CareCentria Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join a collaborative care team for an adult client in Clio. This isn't just a nursing shift; it's an opportunity to work within a beautiful home with a very kind, welcoming family who truly values their care team. To ensure the highest level of safety and support, this case also features a Home Health Aide (HHA) on-site to assist you with daily tasks.You will be caring for an adult client with quadriplegia who requires a clinical expert with a gentle, patient touch.A Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a kind family and a dedicated Home Health Aide who provides additional support for the client's needs.Advanced Technology: Utilize a state-of-the-art ceiling-track lift system for seamless transfers between the home gym, bedroom, and bathroom.Specialized Clinical Focus: Manage wound care, a specific bowel program, and catheter care.Cognitive & Sensory Support: Provide vital support for the client's short-term memory loss and hearing impairment.
