Providing advanced clinical expertise in a remote setting, the full-time Senior Psychologist will deliver psychological assessment, consultation, and performance optimization services to enhance workforce readiness and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients and project teams Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs and services Conduct and interpret assessments, offering actionable recommendations based on data analysis Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience, Master's degree in Psychology with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years of related experience Expertise in psychological assessment methodologies and tools Experience in leading complex client engagements and influencing strategic decisions Strong background in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
