Night Auditor

Hotel Night AuditorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel's night operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts.Key Responsibilities:Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments.Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.Maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises during overnight hours.Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Monitor and manage inventory levels for supplies and amenities.Skills and Qualifications:Experience in hotel management software (Opera) is not required but preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in hotel operations or accounting preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
