Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Vale Group, a nationwide specialized recruitment firm, has partnered with a company based in Farmington Hills, MI, who is actively searching for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to work onsite for an opportunity paying up to $95,000 annually, based on experience. This role will serve as the Executive Assistant to the President while also supporting key office management and administrative operations across the site. The position is ideal for a highly organized, polished, and proactive professional who can manage executive priorities, maintain confidentiality, and help ensure the office runs smoothly within a structured business environment. Ideal candidate should come from a manufacturing environment.

Requirements of the Executive Assistant / Office Manager:
- 10+ years of experience in an executive assistant, office manager, or senior administrative support role
- Prior experience directly supporting a President, CEO, or other senior executive strongly preferred
- Strong background supporting office operations within a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly structured business environment preferred
- High school diploma required; additional business or administrative education is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant / Office Manager:
- Provide direct executive support to the President, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative follow-through
- Help manage daily office operations to ensure an organized, professional, and efficient work environment
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, itineraries, and related logistics
- Oversee office vendors, supplies, conference room readiness, kitchen inventory, mail distribution, and visitor reception processes
- Support internal meetings, company events, and administrative communications as needed
- Help manage building access, office security coordination, and general facility-related administrative matters
- Answer the main company phone line and provide backup administrative support when needed
- Maintain office organization, prioritize competing needs, and support leadership with a high level of professionalism
- Support as needed
