About the Role:
Join Hampton Inn Morgantown as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience during their stay. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working overnight.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain the security of the hotel and its guests during overnight hours.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation overnight.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or finance education is a plus.
• Previous experience in hotel operations or accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
• Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
