Company: Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring for a Robotics Welder opening in Temple, TX! All of our services are free for prospective employees. Our positions can be temporary, temporary to permanent or permanent positions depending on a particular customer’s need.

Pay/Salary: $15.00 or more per hour. DOE.
Hours of Work: M-TH 6:00am – 4:30pm, with some occasional overtime
Job Description/Responsibilities/Essential Functions :
- Load and unload parts into the Welder Machine
- Monitor all functions of the welder machine to ensure the completed products meet desired specifications
- Program the welding machine, initiate the welding programs and complete finishing tasks as needed using a Mig welding machine
- Perform quality checks on finished metal pieces
- Use hand tools and equipment to clean work pieces and machines
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists to transfer products to holding areas
- Comply with Safety Rules and Practices
- Other duties assigned by manager
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must maintain exceptional attendance
- Must have attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong Communication and listening skills are needed
- Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull lift, squat, kneel and stand for long periods of time and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled work environment
