About the Role:

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Abilene, TX is looking for a passionate and skilled Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one patient care including balance therapy, rehabilitation, and injury recovery
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
• Uphold FYZICAL's standards of care and patient-centered treatment philosophy

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, balance disorders, or vestibular rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff
• Ability to work independently and manage a part-time patient caseload
• Compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
